Founded in 1984, National Health Care Associates (National) has grown into a network of 34 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers and assisted living centers
located throughout Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York and Vermont.
National and it's affiliate centers are proud to be Great Place to Work Certified. National manages the care of nearly 5,500 patients and residents and employs more than 5,500 professional caregivers and related staff. National specializes in offering extensive programs for short-term rehabilitation and post-hospital care in areas including orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurological, and post-surgical recovery and rehabilitation.
All National centers offer a comprehensive array of physical, occupational and speech therapy that can be provided seven days per week, if needed. While each of it's centers are unique in their geographic setting and physical structure, they all share a common commitment helping their guests become a better, brighter and stronger version of themselves in an environment that is conducive to healing.
