Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Boys Ice Hockey Coach to lead and develop our Windham/Westbrook/BE program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coaching, development, and performance of the varsity team, as well as fostering a positive and competitive team culture. The coach will work with athletes to improve their skills, strategy, and teamwork while emphasizing sportsmanship, leadership, and academic success.

Experience:

-Previous coaching experience at the high school level (preferred).
-Strong understanding of Ice hockey skills, strategy, and rules.
-Experience in leading a team to success in competitive environments.

Skills:

-Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
-Ability to provide constructive feedback and develop player skills.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
