Millinocket Regional Hospital has an immediate opening for a Full Time Human Resources Generalist.

QUALIFICATIONS: B.A./B.S. in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field and/or related job experience required. Prior Payroll experience strongly preferred.

SKILLS REQUIRED: Organizational skills very important; exceptional confidentiality is essential; computer proficiency, including spreadsheets, data input/extraction, and working with vendor portals. Ability to work in a fast paced, detail-oriented environment while completing several tasks and projects simultaneously and in a timely manner. Must maintain a positive attitude and possess the ability to exercise independent judgement and initiative. Listening skills are essential, with the ability to transfer instruction into completed tasks with accuracy. Ability to handle multiple interruptions.

JOB FUNCTIONS: Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operational duties of the department. Will be responsible for provider credentialing. Will be trained on Payroll processing.

GENERAL INFORMATION: Full-time, salaried position. Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Generous benefits package including paid time off, 403b retirement plan, health/dental/eye/life insurance, FLEX, and more.
