KidsPeace National Centers of New England is looking for a Full-Residential Childcare Supervisor with experience working with kids and supervisory experience to join our Graham Lake Residential Program and help shape the future of young lives.

What You'll Do:
Provide compassionate supervision and direction to emotionally and behaviorally challenged children and adolescents
Supervise staff and ensure that the treatment plans and programs are being effectively implemented
Foster trusting, supportive relationships with clients to encourage positive growth and development
Ensure safety and well-being of all residents by actively assessing and addressing their ongoing care needs
What We Require:
Supervisory experience
A commitment to compassionate care and the ability to manage complex situations with respect and patience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience working with children or in a residential facility is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy
Must pass background checks
Shift Details Option 1:
Sunday: 8am–10pm
Monday: 1pm–10pm
Tuesday: 2pm–10pm
Wednesday: 12pm–10pm
Shift Details Option 2:
Wednesday: 12pm–10pm
Thursday: 2pm–10pm
Friday: 1pm–10pm
Saturday: 7am–9pm
