Kennebec Behavioral Health, established in 1960 as a comprehensive community behavioral health provider, is currently seeking an Office Manager to join our office at our Winthrop clinic. Serving as the point person for both consumers and staff in our Winthrop location, the Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administrative functions of the office. These responsibilities will include answering and directing incoming telephone calls, greeting clients, collecting co-pays, scheduling initial and follow-up client appointments, updating the client database as required, and maintaining a standard of excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented and enthusiastic professional with a proven track record of administrative support or office management experience. Two (2) years of Healthcare Management experience is required.
Work schedule is 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
