Position: Head Custodian
Location: Gardiner Regional Middle School
Date Position Available: Immediate Opening
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and current CHRC authorization through State of Maine Department of Education. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a custodial or similar position and a valid State of Maine Driver’s License.
Description: MSAD 11 is seeking a Head Custodian to work at Gardiner Regional Middle School. Must have a working knowledge of building maintenance, system operations, chemicals, cleaning supplies, equipment and OSHA Standards; Possess good organizational skills; the ability to work independently; strong communication skills, and the ability to work positively and collaboratively with administration, staff, and students. Must have basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.). This position is a 40-hour-per-week position with benefits.
