ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
  • Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources
  • Walk customers through problem solving process
  • Follow-up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure
  • Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
  • Install computer peripherals
  • Provide on-call after hours, weekend and holiday support, as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven working experience in providing Help Desk support
  • 1 year experience as a Systems Specialist preferred
  • Experience working in healthcare preferred
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with active directory
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work as a team member.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing activities, schedules and work loads.
  • Ability to meet the department’s on-call requirements, including availability after hours, weekends holidays, as needed, with the ability to provide an initial response within 30 minutes and be within 60 miles driving distance of the facility.
