Position: Temporary Administrative Assistant to the CEO
Duration: 2-3 months (Possibility of Temp-to-Hire)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: September 18th
Rate: $30/hr

Position Summary
Seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support CEO of a rehabilitation center. This role requires administrative expertise and the ability to handle various responsibilities efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office, an excellent communicator, and skilled in calendaring. This role involves acting as a liaison with executives, preparing board reports, and providing backup support to various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, and appointments.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives.
  • Prepare board reports and assist in executive-level communications.
  • Provide backup support to different departments as required.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in heavy calendaring and executive support.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.

Health and Safety Requirements

  • COVID vaccination is required.
  • Candidates will be sent for a 10-panel drug test at Concentra (positive for marijuana is not permissible).
  • Verification of vaccinations (MMR, dtap, COVID).
  • T-spot draw.
