$3,000 Sign-On-Bonus - to be paid after a successful completion of 90 days of employment (Stipulations apply)

Health Affiliates Maine has an opening for a Case Management Clinical Supervisor to join their team.   This is a full-time salaried position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Providing clinical supervision to 20 full-time equivalent case managers (serving child and/or adults), including clinical oversight of their caseloads.  The clinical supervisor will facilitate both group and individual supervision sessions with the case managers and be available for consultation between established meetings.
  • Complete diagnostic assessments to clients of the program as needed to maintain eligibility and in the absence of another community-based provider (no more than 4 assessments monthly).
  • Review cases for Section 17 eligibility and write eligibility letters in the absence of another community-based provider to write the letter.
  • Review and approve supervisees' client charts for clinical documentation, quality assurance, licensing, MaineCare, and contractual compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Has independent master's level licensure / LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC preferred
  • At Least 5 years of clinical experience 
  • Have supervisory experience
