Pay Range: $18 - $20 (top of range is for a fully certified MHRT1 candidate).

Role Overview: What does a Mental Health Rehabilitation Tech do? Mental Health Rehabilitation Technicians (MHRT) are certified service professionals that work directly with individuals in a home environment, helping them navigate different barriers to achieve personal goals. Your role as a professional in this environment will be pivotal in providing personalized care and fostering independence. The differences you will make in the lives of our clients are immeasurable and highly impactful.

Location: We are currently hiring for our West Side Place group home for a full-time position (30 hours a week). This position qualifies for full benefits! Please note: Having a full MHRT-1 certification would be highly beneficial for a candidate to have for our West Side Place location (Bangor, Maine), and would be paid at the top of the pay range for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist individuals in daily living activities and skill development

· Collaborate with clients to set and achieve meaningful goals

· Foster a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes well-being

· Document client progress and maintain accurate records

· Work as part of a dedicated team to ensure comprehensive care
