Job Summary:

The City of Portland is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our incredible Finance Department team. This position is responsible for the overall payroll processing for the City and all related payroll functions. Expected Hours/Schedule:

General hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. This position is eligible for some remote work and potential alternate work hours.

Salary & Benefits:

This is a non-union position (Grade D61) - Salary range of $88,989/yr. - $112,732/yr. Additional 6% stipend is available for candidates who hold their Certified Payroll Professional certification.
