REPORTS TO: Kitchen Manager
JOB GOAL: Assist the central kitchen located at Auburn Middle School prepare meals for their students in addition to the satellite schools on a daily basis.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Arrives and leaves work at appointed times.
2.Work in collaboration with the team at Auburn Middle School in the preparation and serving of food in a quick and pleasant manner
3.Cashier training
4.Wash dishes, fill flatware stations, load milk, prepare meals, serve and daily clean up as assigned by manager.
5.Help replenish the food as needed
6.Adhere to Auburn School Department’s HAACP plan and follow strict protocols with cleaning and sanitizing including arriving to work in clean clothes,
7.Work together with staff at Auburn Middle School to check in and put away orders safely, accurately and equitably.
8.Complete required (six) professional development hours annually at the dates and times set by the Nutrition Director.
9.Other duties as assigned.
