Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, Schedule TBD (NOTE: This position requires travel to all PCHC sites. Facility vehicle provided for this purpose.)
Highlights of the position:
- Demonstrate kindness and respect while maintaining professional boundaries with all clients, vendors, and staff.
- Ensure all work meets required codes, permits, safety regulations, and specifications.
- Maintain and improve PCHC facilities through construction, renovation, alteration, and repair projects, with a strong focus on quality. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Carpentry (e.g., walls, doors, windows).
- General facilities maintenance.
- Painting and finishing projects.
- Stay aware of building conditions and proactively report issues that need attention.
- Help maintain quality assurance standards and compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and enhance the client experience.
- Be a champion for excellent customer service and safe, effective operations.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5-10 years of experience in maintenance, construction, renovation, alteration and repairs projects related to facilities strongly preferred.

Having a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and/or an appropriate length of driving experience for insurance purposes is required. Any concerns raised by the results of a driving record check will be subject to an individualized review to determine whether the infraction is relevant to the individual’s ability to perform the responsibilities of the position, in accordance with PCHC’s Automobile Safety and Background Check policy.
