ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Facilitates approved provider schedule changes in electronic medical record
  • Manages AMION and TeleMed provider schedules
  • Monitors physicians schedule, adjusts for vacation times and updates pod mapping
  • Oversees office supply inventory
  • Provides coverage for the front desk as needed
  • Acts as liaison to Safety Officer to organize staff ergonomic evaluations and safety tours
  • Coordinates conference room scheduling for staff meetings and monthly department meetings
  • Distributes RVU reports
  • Coordinates the management of no show/short notice cancel letters
  • Coordinates the management of deceased patient accounts
  • Coordinates management of inactivated patient accounts
  • Distributes monthly Quality reports to clinical staff and coordinators
  • Distributes other practice management reports as directed by the Department Chief and Practice Manager
  • Provides general set up for staff meetings and continuing medical education luncheons
  • Initiates IT and Facility Dude help desk tickets and tracks progress until issue is resolved
  • Coordinates CPR Scheduling for staff and providers
  • Reviews daily conference room reservations and post calendars to corresponding rooms
  • All other projects as assigned by the Practice Manager and/or Department Chief

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred, not required
  • Previous administrative experience in a medical office environment
  • Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and webmail
  • Good professional judgment skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills; both oral and written
  • Ability to foster an enhanced team environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, organize, and plan work independently
  • Committed to excellence in customer service and clinical care

5 day a week
