Maine School Management Association is seeking a full-time Workers’ Compensation Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate for this position is very detail-oriented, has exceptional time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, outstanding organization, and has the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The job will require knowledge and use of the workers’ compensation medical fee schedules, as well as an understanding of the medical bill review process. High-level computer skills are essential. Experience with ATS workers' compensation claim software is a plus. General knowledge of medical coding (CPT/ICD-10), Workers’ Compensation Board forms, and basic claims procedures also preferred.
