Summit View has an immediate opening for Relief Residential Counselors/Behavioral Health Professionals in our Residential and In-home Treatment Program serving youth ages 13– 21.

Residential Counselors are responsible for day to day operations including: maintaining a safe and supportive environment for participants, supervision of participants, crisis intervention, case management/advocacy and all related documentation. Behavioral Health Professionals provide instruction, support and assist families with challenges they may encounter within their own homes or in their communities.

Qualifications include a preferred Bachelor’s Degree in human services, social work, psychology, sociology or equivalent plus one year working with youth and is preferably BHP certified. Strong organization and communication skills are necessary; ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise decision making is also required.
