Job Description
Provides professional telephone triage nursing care for Home Health and Hospice patients and their families within the scope of the Maine State Practice Act in accordance with physician’s orders, Agency policies and procedures, as well as State and Federal requirement for Home Health and Hospice. Telephone Triage Nursing is provided within an environment that supports the provision of quality care that is safe, confidential, efficient, effective, and evidence based. This position provides coverage of Intake services within Home Health and Hospice.
