Lead onboarding and training for new insurance service representatives.

Develop engaging programs for personal lines (auto, home, umbrella) and commercial lines (GL, property, workers’ comp).

Train staff on EPIC, carrier platforms, quoting tools, and compliance best practices.

Coach team members on professional communication and E&O standards.

Create and update SOPs, job aids, and reference materials.

Partner with leaders to ensure training reflects evolving P&C insurance industry trends.

Travel regularly to branch offices across Maine (day and occasional overnight trips).
