Training & Development Coordinator – Insurance

Scarborough, ME | Full-time | On-site with travel (~50%)
Starting at $80,000 annually

What You’ll Do

• Lead onboarding and training for new insurance service representatives.

• Develop engaging programs for personal lines (auto, home, umbrella) and commercial lines (GL, property, workers’ comp).

• Train staff on EPIC, carrier platforms, quoting tools, and compliance best practices.

• Coach team members on professional communication and E&O standards.

• Create and update SOPs, job aids, and reference materials.

• Partner with leaders to ensure training reflects evolving P&C insurance industry trends.

• Travel regularly to branch offices across Maine (day and occasional overnight trips).

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in insurance training or instructional design (personal + commercial lines).

• Knowledge of P&C insurance service operations, systems, and compliance.

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, in person and virtual.

• Proficiency with EPIC or similar agency management systems.

• Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills.
