Summary:
The Maintenance Mechanic I role performs general duties in plumbing, electrical, mechanical and carpentry. Responds to maintenance emergencies, performs preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Trade school or equivalent training and experience required.
  2. License/Certifications: Boiler training certificate required. State license as Boiler Operator required within 12 months of start date. Valid Driver’s License required.
  3. Experience: One year of related experience required.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
