ESM Inc., Maine’s premier social services agency, is seeking applicants for the position of “Community Case Manager” located within our Auburn and Augusta offices. ESM is currently offering a $3,000 Sign-on Bonus!
The Case Management Manager (CMM) will supervise community case managers, providing support and assistance as needed as well as reviewing documentation for professionalism. The Manager will be responsible to review caseloads for billable hours and the audit reports for documentation compliance. The CMM will review PCP’s as they are submitted. The CMM will also be responsible to make quality assurance phone calls to clients/guardians monthly. This person will also audit EIS notes monthly.
The CMM will receive phone calls from clients/guardians in the event the person wants to speak with a case manager’s supervisor. The CMM will handle the situation if able and will report the situation and the result to the Clinical Manager. This Manager will meet with the Clinical Manager as scheduled. He/She will also participate in mandatory clinical supervision meetings as needed.

Bachelor’s Degree in the Human Services or related field. Must have experience supervising staff providing services to persons with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism, knowledge of the public education system in Maine, and community resources. Training in flexible funding and family focused service provisions is a plus.
