Margaret Chase Smith Elementary (MCS) is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Educational Technician II to join our supportive and collaborative self-contained grades 1 & 2 team. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers and other ed.techs to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth in an inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities include providing small group or one-on-one instruction, supporting students in the mainstream setting, assisting with classroom management, and helping implement individualized education plans with behavior data collection. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, flexible, and passionate about helping all students succeed.
