The ideal candidate is not only able to create and build a positive, healthy relationship with our clients but one who can motivate our youth by helping them recognize their true potential and strive for it. You must have good professional boundaries and have an active personality to engage in various sports, activities and life skills as a role model, mentor and coach. Our Shift Supervisor not only leads our shifts but they offer support, guidance and leadership to our direct care counselors. If you have good organization and communication skills, an ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise decision making you may be a good fit. We are looking for people that can help us remain an agency of choice for employees while providing quality services to youth and families.
