Perform the duties required to address the special education needs of students participating in the preschool special education program, implement individualized interventions as part of a student’s behavior plan, engages students in developmental and learning activities, provides support and individualized instruction at the student's developmental level for functional skills, utilizes direct teaching techniques as outlined within the student’s IEP and/or Behavior Plan and management of behavioral challenges exhibited by students in the special education setting.
