Now Hiring: Retail Crew Member

At Flight Deck Brewing, we're passionate about creating and serving world-class beverages and pizza, and we strive to provide an exceptional experience for every guest. We're looking for a motivated team player to join our retail crew in a seasonal capacity.

What You'll Do:

• Be the face of Flight Deck: Deliver friendly and professional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and well-served.
• Master the Craft: Learn the art of pouring the perfect beer and crafting delicious pizzas in our unique copper-clad oven.
• Become a Beer & Pizza Expert: Get trained on our menu and be prepared to answer customer questions about our products.
• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with your fellow crew members to keep the retail space clean, organized, and welcoming.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Team player mentality with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
• No prior restaurant or bartending experience required!

Compensation & Benefits Include:

• Take-home pay consisting of wage plus tips. Seasonal take-home pay rates could exceed $25-30/hr (based on prior years).
