Flight Deck Brewing is a fast-paced brewery and lively tasting room nestled in Brunswick Landing — the historic site of the former Naval Air Station. We craft our beer on a 7-barrel brewhouse, producing 15bbl batches to be packaged in kegs and cans right here onsite. And beyond the taps, our space is home to a wood-fired pizza operation that keeps our guests well-fed while they enjoy a pint (though you won’t be tossing dough in this role!).

What You’ll Do

Work Side by Side with the Head Brewer: Collaborate on every aspect of production, monitoring, and packaging to keep our beer tasting its best.

Be a Visible Part of the Guest Experience: Our brewhouse and wood-fired pizza kitchen are front and center — thousands of guests each year see your work up close. You’ll help showcase our commitment to quality and hospitality.

Pitch In and Step Up: From yeast management and inventory to cleaning and canning, you’ll own your responsibilities while supporting the rest of the brewery team.

Prior commercial brewing and/or packaging experience.
Note: While you’ll be working with our front-of-house and food teams to optimize creativity and the guest experience, this role focuses exclusively on brewery operations.
Your Skills & Requirements

Must be 21+ years old.

Able to lift 55 lb. bags to shoulder height and move 175 lb. kegs.

Comfortable standing for a full 10-hour shift.

Ready to bend, kneel, and maneuver in tight spaces safely.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and quality.
