Job Description

Provides supportive services to the tenants of Theresa’s Place, a 41-unit apartment complex in Bangor, Maine. This position involves working closely with tenants to identify their needs and connect them with appropriate resources to help support overall housing stability. The Liaison will foster a sense of community among the tenants, coordinating community and treatment services/ resources at the unit. The Liaison will also be responsible for addressing tenants’ concerns, behavioral issues, and minor lease violations, in coordination with The Housing Foundation. The Liaison will work collaboratively with the Community Rehabilitation team to ensure services are provided to all tenants who meet the qualifications and voluntarily engage in the CRS program, including providing direct services as needed. Must possess a current State of Maine driver’s license and a reliable means of transportation with a minimum of $100,000/$300,000 auto liability insurance.
