Job Summary

The QA Program Coordinator will support the Sr. QA Manager and other Workforce Services staff in providing quality services to our growing Teams. The candidate will monitor client databases, provide case audits, assist with monthly and quarterly reporting to our funders, monitor and provide staff training, assist with the development of tools for best practices, and assist with compliance. Working Hours are standard daytime office hours Monday through Friday. This position is a hybrid of remote and in-person work at our office locations in Augusta, Lewiston, and Portland, ME. The Candidate should be comfortable and have experience with a hybrid environment that requires travel across southern, coastal, and central Maine.

Working Hours: Hourly, Monday through Friday standard daytime office hours, with occasional nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in business, human services, human relations, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in workforce development or related fields.
