College of the Atlantic seeks a full-time Campus Security Coordinator. Some key responsibilities of this position include serving as the organization’s emergency response coordinator and the COA liaison with the Town of Bar Harbor Fire and Police Departments and coordinating the operations of the 24-hour COA campus emergency line, as well as providing some limited night-watch services and supervising night watch team. This position is also responsible for overseeing the training of drivers and the maintenance and scheduling of vehicles in the college’s vehicular fleet.

Minimum of three years of relevant experience or relevant bachelor’s degree; familiarity and experience with security and safety procedures and protocols; knowledge of relevant federal, state, and municipal regulations; understanding of and enthusiasm for College of the Atlantic’s mission and programs is preferred.
