POSITION SUMMARY: This position serves as an internal business partner and coach for talent development, employee training, and organizational learning within the Human Resources Department at Kennebec Savings Bank. The incumbent will manage the advancement of a best practice learning culture at the Bank for enhanced employee performance while providing learning and development programs to support career progression and growth, and to positively impact the employee experience.
Responsible for: aligning learning and employee development activities; facilitating programs and educational instruction; providing coaching and career support; managing the KSB University program; coordinating the annual compliance training assignments and reporting; administering the Learning Management System; managing components of the new hire orientation, onboarding program, and intern program in collaboration with other HR staff; and, involving external resources, processing invoices and providing congratulatory communications.
