Ed Tech III, 1:1

Ed Tech III, 1:1, Grade K-3 – Vine Street School
6 hours (8:45 - 3:15)

• Ed Tech III authorization required
• Three years post-secondary education required, or 90 credit hours
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies necessary
• Ability to implement behavioir plans and individual education plans needed
• Experience working in an elementary school setting helpful
• Experience working in a program for children with Autism or emotional disabilities preferred
• Desire to work in a team approach environment
• Willingness to assist with toileting may be necessary
• Willingness to learn and use physical restraint and Safety Care strategies
• Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques in the area of literacy and mathematics preferred
