Opportunities are flying high at the City of Bangor and Bangor International Airport! The City has an opening for an Aircraft Mechanic at the Bangor International Airport. This position is responsible for inspection, repair and maintenance of general aviation and commercial aircraft. An A&P license is required. This position is full-time (40 hours per week) with a comprehensive benefits package. Highlights include:

This position’s pay range is $27.79 - $39.83 per hour on an 11 step pay scale. Also, will be eligible for merit and COLA pay increases, based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement. A successful candidate for this position will need to pass an airport background check and be able to obtain the appropriate security access to fulfill their job duties.
