2. Experience working with students who have challenging behaviors preferred
3. Certified and able to implement strategies of Safety Care Training necessary
4. Ability to develop and implement individual education plans necessary
5. Ability to develop and implement behavioral intervention plans required
6. Knowledge of Discrete Trial Instruction preferred
7. Experience working with nonverbal students preferred
8. Ability to work as part of a team necessary
9. Willingness to be an IEP Coordinator preferred
