The Role
As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in connecting customers with solutions that truly meet their needs. This is not just about hitting targets—it’s about building trust, understanding people, and making an impact.
What you'll do:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships
- Listen actively to customer needs and provide thoughtful solutions
- Manage and grow a pipeline of new and existing clients
- Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented sales environment
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are being met; perform market research and regular competitor monitoring
- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and sales strategy
- Identify new prospects, and manage sales cycle to close new business
- Conduct presentations, with in-depth product knowledge, for potential and existing customers
- Prepare professional, concise, and accurate reports, proposals; document as needed (utilize CRM)
- Develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely, professional manner to maintain customer loyalty and impeccable customer service
- Expand brand image by attending Industry Conferences and Conventions (Ie Trade and Labor Union conferences and conventions) - travel 15-20% of year
What we're looking for:
- Clear, effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and emotional intelligence in customer interactions
- Impeccable customer service
- Proven success rate at levels above quotas
- Previous sales experience is required
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
- A self directed learner with a growth mindset
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- A Creative and solution focused problem-solver
- Ability to manage time effectively, with strengths in organization of one's book of business and day to day responsibilities
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Personal integrity
- TRAVEL: Ability to travel a minimum of 15-20% of the time
- Coachable with an openness to continue to learn and grow
- Experience with CRM is a plus (we use Oracle, Net Suite)
Successful candidates will have a strong sales aptitude, proven skills, and a good work ethic.

We offer a benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and financial future. Salary Range is base salary, ranging from $55,000 - $65,000, plus commission and full benefits. Base salary is commensurate with experience. Potential Annual commission ranges $25K-45K depending upon performance.
