Education: Degree in Audiology-Masters or Au.D.

License/Certifications: Active Audiology licensure. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and have a license issued by the State of Maine as an Audiologist, or be eligible.

Experience: Five years of experience in the audiology field. Supervisory/managerial experience, preferred. Experience working with computers.

Comprehensive knowledge of audiology practices and standards, medical procedures, tests, and clinical/clerical skills necessary to perform all functions of an Audiologist.

Interpersonal and communication skills necessary to interact effectively with patients, families, and other health care providers

Analytical ability required gathering and interpreting information necessary to resolve problems in an accurate and timely manner. Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.
