Athletic Field Maintenance (Seasonal)

Under the direct supervision of the Athletic Field Maintenance Supervisor, this position perform a variety of maintenance related activities of athletic playing fields around the City.  Duties also include event support and occasional event management. Areas consist of: Cameron Stadium, all Bangor High School and Middle School Sports Fields.

Sports fields must be maintained daily to provide safe and playable areas for all users.  Duties include watering, weed removal, dragging, setting bases and lines, as well as repairing dirt and turf surfaces; assisting with custodial duties & litter control. Inspection & identifying needed repairs is a must, and the ability to operate a variety of power equipment including riding mowers, motorized utility carts and other pieces of equipment as needed.  

 This is a 35-40 hour per week position with a pay range of $15.31 to $16.88 per hour.
