Description

College of the Atlantic seeks a full-time Director of Buildings, Grounds, and Campus Safety. Some key responsibilities of this position include coordinating and managing all aspects of the physical plant, supervising all members of the Buildings and Grounds team, and coordinating project management of new building projects and ongoing building renovations, as well as managing all grounds initiatives and plans across campus. This position is also responsible for coordinating support and overseeing logistics for school events.

Minimum of five years of relevant experience with increasing managerial responsibilities or relevant bachelor’s degree; knowledge of relevant federal, state, and municipal regulations; understanding of and enthusiasm for College of the Atlantic’s mission and programs is preferred.
