We offer a $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

This program has been developed to increase our ability to provide transitional housing as well as other essential services necessary for young adults who are participants of mental health services. This transitional housing option is designed to provide residential housing as well as the support necessary to insure successful independent living for these young adults. The supportive services found within the program will include Daily Living Support Services, Skills Development Services and Community Integration Services. This project has an established culture, shaping the scope of work and development of a strong competent team to help support this important endeavor.

As an essential member of the management team the Shift Supervisor’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: employee scheduling, supervising the counseling staff, ensuring the coordination of participant’s appointments, on-call responsibilities, supervision and safety of participants, and overall coordination of daily programming. This is an awake overnight position with management responsibilities.

Bachelor’s or Associates degree in human services, psychology, and related field experience working with adults living with mental health challenges.

Flexibility, high energy, creativity, computer proficiency and good communication skills are required. Ability to facilitate a positive working and living atmosphere is essential.
