The Client Experience Coordinator II is responsible for providing exceptional client service by supporting the day-to-day activities of the client and engagement team for large, new and/or complex clients with a focus on client relationship management, driving efficiencies, and quality of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as project coordinator to ensure project schedule, work in progress, and client engagement deliverables to ensure timelines and needs are met.
  • Schedule engagement resources for successful and timely completion of client commitments.
  • Maintain and update client databases (e.g. CRM, CaseWare, GoFileRoom, STAR) to ensure an accurate record of client information, files and leads.
  • Prepare, deliver, and track engagement documents for efficient flow of information and timely completion of projects.
  • Create project status reports for assigned service line to increase visibility to workflow.
  • Prepare agendas for client meetings including engagement kick-off meetings, engagement status meetings, engagement exit meetings, and other project related meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer/client service role.
  • Manage and organize work in a fast-past environment with multiple priorities.
  • Project coordination experience preferred.
  • Proven team player with positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate’s unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $39,500.00 to $65,000.00. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.

Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
