Description ESM Inc., Maine's premier social services agency, is seeking Clinicians. ESM will work around the schedule of your choice, four hours per week, one day per week, part or full-time, the choice is yours! This is an hourly position with an expected salary of $80,000, in addition of up to a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!
This is an exciting opportunity for motivated clinicians to join a state-of-the-art mental health and residential rehabilitative treatment program. The program serves adults with co-occurring disorders (mental health and substance use). ESM accepts referrals from the community and Federal Probation. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, clinical staff supervision, and group treatment for adults residing in PNMI homes. This position provides the clinician with a unique opportunity to carry a small outpatient caseload in an office setting, in addition to providing clinical supervision of case managers, oversight of identified residential facilities and clinical supervision of MHRT staff. ESM uses the ICANotes platform to ensure secure and comprehensive Electronic Health Records. Travel is required to the outlying divisions. ESM holds its clinicians to high professional and ethical standards to provide quality care and service for ESM clients.
Requirements A valid driver's license, safe driving record, reliable transportation and vehicle insurance that meets Maine legal requirements. ESM employees must be caring, show enthusiasm, and have a good work ethic.

Education The successful applicant will have a master’s degree and independent clinical license: LCPC, LCSW. Will consider conditionally licensed counselors: LCPC-c, LMSW-cc, CADC. LADC license is a plus.
