MOCO is looking for energetic and caring individuals to join our team who have, or want to acquire, their Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician-1 (MHRT-1).

The MHRT-1 would serve as a Mental Health Support Specialist (MHSS) to one of our community group homes or supervised apartment settingslocated in Augusta or Waterville.This is a great opportunity for both experienced MHRT-1s, as well as those looking for a new career, as all training is provided. Training includes MANDT, CRMA, MHSS, CPR and First Aid Training, and is at no cost to the employee!

Daily responsibilities includeassuring resident daily needs are met, administering prescribed medications, charting and maintaining resident progress records, and carrying out resident plans of care. In addition, some travel around the Waterville and Augusta area with residents may be required. The ideal candidate will be able to problem solve and help with decision making, and will be organized with good communication skills. Second and third shift work is available. Be sure to ask about our shift pay differential.

All programs utilize the psycho-social rehabilitation model to assist residents in achieving their identified goals. This means we restore community functioning and well-being of individuals diagnosed with a mental health disorder.We provide supportivenon-institutional residential settingthat allow residents to participate in intensive social programs and rehabilitative services within thecommunity.
