Public Works Truck Driver/Equipment Operator Position
The Town of Buxton is accepting applications for a full-time Truck Driver/Equipment Operator in our Public Works Department. Job duties include Snow Plowing, lawn mowing, maintenance of town roads, and other duties as assigned. This job consists of manual labor including lifting, shoveling, raking, operation of chainsaws, large trucks, and other equipment. High school diploma or GED required. Active Maine Class B CDL required, Class A preferred. Prior experience preferred. May train the right candidate. This is a full-time position with benefits. Pay rate $23-24.47 per hour.
