Job Description
The purpose of this role is to provide clinical supervision and direct care within the Urgent Care Crisis Intervention agreement.
This role will conduct clinical screening, crisis planning, and clinical consultation. Provides clinical oversight as part of individual and or family treatment teams, interviews clients and assesses needs, and coordinates with the community.
Participates in the team process to ensure treatment plan development and implementation.
Provides direct services and adjusts interventions while maintaining plan integrity. The Provider shall provide supports to the Child(ren) and their families to navigate their individual needs that assists in obtaining services that are required. The clinical supervisor should provide clinical supervision to the specialist to include individual and group supervision and case consultation when needed.
The clinical supervisor will attend all trainings required.
