Senior Project Manager
Location: Hybrid (East Coast, U.S.)

Our client, a global leader in healthcare innovation, is searching for their next Senior Project Manager. In this role, you’ll take the lead on projects like managed desktop implementations, IT infrastructure upgrades, and privileged application access solutions. What You’ll Do

• Oversee the full lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time and within budget.
• Create detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, and resource needs.
• Work closely with teams across IT, security, and business functions to keep everyone aligned and on track.
• Keep an eye on progress, address potential risks, and find solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Share clear updates with senior leadership and stakeholders, making sure everyone stays in the loop.
• Help the team improve processes and adopt best practices to make projects even smoother in the future.

What They’re Looking For

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience leading IT projects, especially in:
  • Managed desktop implementations
  • IT infrastructure upgrades
  • Privileged application access solutions
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related tools.
• Bonus points if you have experience with SAP projects or cybersecurity initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methods.
• A PMP certification or similar is great to have but not required.
• Knowledge of frameworks like ITIL or SAFe is a plus.
