Woodfords Family Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to become a part of our Behavioral Health Homes (BHH) team in Westbrook, ME! This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a competitive salary and the flexibility to work in a hybrid model upon completion of the introductory period. Preference will be given to candidates who hold an LCSW or LMSW-C.
Position Summary
The Behavioral Health Home Clinical Supervisor is vital in providing both administrative and clinical direction to a team of Behavioral Health Home Coordinators. This oversight guarantees compliance with clinical best practices, regulatory standards, and productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Supervision: Offers guidance on program management and compliance.
- Clinical Oversight: Ensures adherence to best practices in clinical care.
- Documentation Compliance: Reviews and maintains accurate records.
- Case Review: Conducts evaluations of individual cases to ensure quality.
- Productivity Monitoring: Oversees team productivity to meet established targets.
- Performance Evaluation: Assesses the performance of BHH Coordinators.

- $59,000-$63,000 per year

- Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

Qualifications
- Must possess a Masters Degree in Social Work. LMSW/C or LCSW preferred.
- Must possess at least (4) years experience in the field.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have use of an insured, reliable vehicle.
- Must be knowledgeable about state and federal regulatory guidelines, including but not limited to the applicable sections of the Maine Care Benefits Manual and Department of Health and Human Services Licensing Regulations.
- Must understand and support the importance of case management services in the overall clinical picture of consumer services
