General Assistance Office, 39 Forest Ave
The selected candidate for this position will focus on assisting individuals accessing the General Assistance office with a
variety of needs and requests. The position will include working closely with various shelters and other agencies to connect clients to various resources within the community. The goal of our general assistance employees is to assist with meeting the basic needs offered by the General Assistance office when a client is eligible, as well as directing to various community supports not offered through the General Assistance office. The employee in this position works closely with individuals from all different backgrounds, in a bustling, multilingual office setting.

The position is a Protech Union position; Grade 5; Salary range starting at $23.22/hour.
