As the Learning and Development Manager for the organization, you will be responsible for the development and management of Enercon’s training strategy; identifying organizational training needs; designing, planning, and implementing cohesive training programs, policies, and procedures to enable employees to advance their skills and knowledge, resulting in Enercon achieving their business goals.
