Summary

    ~ 40 Hours Per Week- Evenings ~

    Pen Bay Medical Center is looking to add a Linen Technician to our care team. The Linen Technician position requires employees to do lifting, sorting, delivering of linen throughout PBMC to maintain adequate par levels of linen in each department.

    Pen Bay Medical Center offers inpatient and outpatient care, diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitative services, patient and community education, and a full-range of specialty services through the Emergency Department, Special Care Unit, Surgical Care Center, Birth Center, Primary Stroke Center, Cancer Care Center and the Psychiatric Addiction & Recovery Center.

  • For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to $3,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Technicians!

    • Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time Environmental Service Technician position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
    • Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
  • Position Summary This position consists of 40 hours per week.

    • Position requires employee to do Lifting, sorting, delivering of linen throughout PBMC to maintain adequate par levels of linen in each department.

  • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

    • Education: High school diploma preferred, but not required.

    • License/Certifications: N/A

    • Experience: N/A

    • Must be able to follow verbal or written instructions.

    • May be trained on the job.
