Join Our Team as a Territory Sales Representative/Brand Concierge

We’re Just Got 2 Have It, a women-owned sales agency in the gift and home decor industry. We’ve curated a collection of the hottest brands in retail, distributed to boutiques, spas, mercantile, garden centers, home stores, and more. We are seeking self-motivated, energetic professionals to hit the road and join our sales team as Territory Sales Representatives/Brand Concierges.

Maine/New Hampshire

What You'll Do:
• Sales and Account Growth: Drive sales by promoting products to retailers, primarily independent retailers. Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goals, leveraging a deep understanding of client needs and market trends.
• Appointment Setting and Time Management: Manage your schedule effectively to maximize time with clients. Proactively set appointments, conduct follow-ups, and ensure efficient use of resources to grow your territory.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with wholesale clients and vendor partners. Provide white-glove service and act as a trusted advisor, actively seeking new clients and opportunities to expand the business.
• Market Expertise and Creative Selling: Analyze trends and identify untapped markets. Curate product selections to help clients increase revenue, showcasing expertise in products and industry dynamics.
• Self-Driven Success: Take charge of your growth in a role with unlimited income potential. Manage your territory with entrepreneurial energy, a focus on results, and a passion for selling.
Essential Qualifications:
• Goal-oriented and internally motivated.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in outside sales, preferably in the gift or retail industry.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and collaboratively with a team.
• Strong computer skills and an aptitude for learning.
• Driver’s license and own car
Additional Perks:
• Attend trade shows to showcase new products and network with retail partners.
• Compensation ranging from $30,000 to $150,000 annually (1099 independent contractor).
