About the Account Manager Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as the primary contact for clients, including builders, architects, interior designers, and end users. You’ll partner with an Account Executive to deliver exceptional service while proactively driving new business and managing ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of clients
Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities
Develop account-specific business plans and maintain up-to-date client profiles
Monitor and report on project progress, open orders, and proposals
Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery
Stay informed about client changes, competitor activity, and industry trends
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training programs
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless client experience
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You should be confident in managing client expectations and agile enough to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales or account management
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to read and interpret floor plans and technical drawings
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to adapt to new software
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and within a team
