Title: Temp to Hire Office Assistant
Rate: $16-19 an hour
Overview: Join a leading commercial real estate firm based in Downtown Portland, Maine as an Office Assistant. Embark on a fulfilling career journey in the exciting world of commercial real estate. Working closely with a team of seasoned experts, You will gain invaluable experience in various administrative, operational, and marketing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update monthly market share reports.
- Execute weekly email marketing campaigns to promote listings within Maine's brokerage community.
- Organize intercompany events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Compile and design our client's monthly transaction report.
- Coordinate with vendors to procure signage for commercial listings across the state.
- Answer phones professionally and assist callers as needed.
- Create collateral for marketing campaigns.
- Occasionally engage in CRE fieldwork, such as hanging signs and facilitating property viewings.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance projects.
- Manage office supplies, and handle mail distribution within the brokerage team.
- Participate in phone screenings for new hires when required.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of professional office experience, with at least 1 year in an office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for learning.
Bonus Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in email marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Design Suite.
- Familiarity with the real estate or commercial real estate industry.
- Excel proficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
